Customer Services
For those who work within customer service occupations, there are a wide variety of courses to choose from.
The NVQ is appropriate for those who wish to gain an accredited qualification that confirms their competence in the workplace whilst the Apprenticeship is more suitable for those having left school and wishing to start their customer service career.
Certificates are available for those who wish to gain underpinning knowledge of the breadth of functions that customer service involves. There are also short courses available in areas such as telephone skills, conflict management and communication skills.
