For those who work within management roles, there are a wide variety of courses to choose from.
The NVQ is appropriate for those who wish to gain an accredited qualification that confirms their competence in the workplace whilst the Apprenticeship is more suitable for those having left school and wishing to start their management career.
Awards, Certificates and Diplomas are available for those who wish to gain underpinning knowledge of the breadth of responsibility that management involves whilst Foundation Degrees are suitable for those who wish to work at degree level but use their experience of work towards their learning experience.
There are also short courses available in areas such as performance appraisals, managing change and making strategic decisions.
